Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund
The objective of AMIF is to contribute to effective management of migration flows and to implement, strengthen and develop a common policy on asylum, subsidiary protection and temporary protection and the common immigration policy in full respect of the rights and principles enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
The responsibility for implementation of AMIF in Poland lies with the Department for Border Policy and International Funds in the Ministry of the Interior and Administration which acts as a Responsible Authority.
Some of the tasks were assigned to the European Projects Service Centre of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration acting as a Delegated Authority, including drafting contracts with beneficiaries, supervising the implementation of projects, transferring financial resources, monitoring and settlements.
The fund resources are allocated under open and closed calls for proposals (announcements of the calls for proposals and their results are published at: fundusze.mswia.gov.pl) and without a call for proposal in the case of funding for public institutions having a legal monopoly in a particular area.
Pomeranian Voivodeship Office implements the project no. 16/8-2017/OG-FAMI “Assistance for Non-European Union Citizens in Pomeranian Voivodeship in the period from 2018 to 2020” under the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund to which this website is dedicated.
